James Satcher is a devoted husband, father of five, and minister with hands on experience making a positive change in Manatee County. He is also a businessman working as a consultant to grow market share and increase margins for small businesses.
Satcher leads a successful nonprofit that provided food and housing to single mothers and the homeless during the stay at home order, as many shelters and resources were closed. His nonprofit supplied disaster relief after earthquakes, hurricanes, and tornadoes. As a volunteer at Salvation Army leading weekly Bible studies, James helped men go from homeless to heads of households.
James Satcher’s background and experience give him the unique ability to bring conservative, faith-based values and unmatched passion to tackling the important issues that are shaping our community. Satcher is a pro-life, pro-2nd Amendment, Constitutional Conservative who knocked doors to get out the vote for the “Trump for President Campaign” in 2016. He is in the evening program for professionals at Stetson Law earning his Juris Doctorate. James Satcher is catalyst for change, as a minister, as a businessman, and now as your County Commissioner.
